Job summary

Condé Nast in London is seeking a Programme Manager to lead delivery of complex initiatives within Product & Technology. You will coordinate across multiple teams, ensure work is well planned, sequenced and aligned with business objectives, and manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs.

The role requires building strong relationships with product, engineering, editorial, data and business teams, maintaining delivery momentum, governance, and readiness for release in a fast-paced media

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technology or digital programs across multiple teams.
• Coordinate work across interdependent projects or systems.
• Structure work and drive execution with a delivery focus.
• Experience across planning through to release lifecycle.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices.
• Ability to work in fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Professional certification such as Prince2, APM, or PMP/PMI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a program of technical initiatives end to end, aligned to defined objectives
• Define and maintain a clear execution structure across projects and workstreams
• Ensure initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, and aligned across teams
• Maintain a clear view of progress, milestones, and delivery health
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and systems and manage dependencies
• Provide governance updates and facilitate stakeholder alignment
