Job summary

Credera is seeking a Senior Programme Leader in London to shape and deliver transformative project and programme management capabilities. You will lead complex technology and digital transformation initiatives from inception to delivery, coordinating large multi-team efforts and guiding governance for milestones and budgets.

You will partner with senior sponsors, shape delivery roadmaps, and advise C-suite stakeholders to ensure quality and strategic alignment across programs.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience shaping and delivering Project and Programme Management capability.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes from inception to delivery.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience owning programme governance and reporting on milestones, metrics, and budgets.
• Experience coordinating people, budgets, and technology within time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Experience developing project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and communications.
• Experience analysing business processes and identifying inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Experience shaping delivery roadmaps and transformation approaches.
• Experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology, change, and operations teams.
• Experience managing organisational risk and assuring programme quality.
• Business development, proposal leadership, and client account growth experience.
• Experience setting strategic direction for internal capability and thought leadership.
• Required to pass BPSS screening
• Breadth of industry experience across Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Commercial, or Public Sector
• Experience working within or alongside technology functions such as cloud, data, or platforms
• Recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, AgilePM, or MSP
• Experience using AI in application of the role through advanced prompting techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology and digital transformation programmes from inception through delivery.
• Take accountability for outcomes across people, process, and technology.
• Partner with senior client sponsors and oversee programme governance.
• Manage large teams across multiple workstreams and act as the key escalation point.
• Report on milestones, metrics, and budgets.
• Coordinate transformation resources, including people, budgets, and technology.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk registers, RAID logs, and communications.
• Shape delivery roadmaps and transformation approaches aligned with client strategy.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders through complex transformation programmes.
• Lead knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and structured development of others.
