Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or analytical field.
• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or program management.
• 3+ years in executive communications, speechwriting, or narrative development for senior leaders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and action plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for C-suite audiences.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across geographies and time zones.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and data analysis platforms.
• AI-native mindset with a track record of leveraging AI to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Business Operations: orchestrate business rhythm with leads, admins, communications, and sales ops.
• Prepare briefings and coordinate research for partner meetings and leadership events.
• Drive cross-functional touchpoints and leadership processes, including internal communications.
• Coordinate leadership engagement with clients, events, and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into executive operations and content development.
• Develop strategic planning cadence translating priorities into quarterly roadmaps and OKRs.
