Job summary

WCG is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple client relationships and govern service delivery across projects. You will develop KPIs, provide strategic leadership, and ensure seamless integration of WCG solutions to meet client needs.

Required are 10+ years in program management, CFR Part 11 experience, and strong cross-functional leadership. PMP a plus and MS Office proficiency. This role offers a competitive USD salary and opportunities across One WCG.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience with a proven record of successful delivery.
• 5+ years of experience with CFR Part 11 compliance in pharmaceutical projects.
• 3+ years of experience in account management/client relationship management.
• Background in Clinical Research and technology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with cross-functional communication.
• Ability to lead through influencing and negotiating.
• Strong planning, budgeting, reporting and risk management.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual operational plans, reports and executive briefs for client programs.
• Plan, schedule and manage periodic client governance meetings as defined per client.
• Manage all SLAs, governance agreements and required reporting for clients.
• Set objectives and track progress, setbacks and overall performance.
• Communicate program status to client and WCG executive stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional staffing and program oversight.
• Maintain documentation, reports and plans to ensure accuracy.
• Provide strategic leadership while directing client programs.
• Assess and manage program risks with operations for action.
• Track, analyze and report program results and ROI to customers.
• Support sales during onboarding with deck prep and client Q&A.
• Serve as SME to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
