Job summary

WPP is seeking a senior PMO professional to lead the Global Data programme governance and delivery cadence. You will shape the integrated plan, manage dependencies, risks, and benefits, and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders across multiple markets and technology teams.

In this hybrid UK-based role, you will run weekly PMO cadences, support stage gates, and ensure delivery standards align with Strategy and Transformation goals, while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in large-scale data/technology programmes.
• Ability to translate delivery details into executive updates.
• Experience with planning, RAID, governance and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the integrated programme plan across data workstreams.
• Run the PMO cadence with weekly status updates and governance prep.
• Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps and decision records.
• Support executive reporting with clear, action-oriented updates.
• Coordinate stage gates, assurance checkpoints and reviews.
• Track benefits, scope, budget inputs and resources.
