Job summary

Coforge is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead multiple projects and strategic initiatives in the Greater London area. The role requires strong expertise in program management, governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

The successful candidate will mentor project managers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior leadership to align programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant Program Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong experience in program management delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of program initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and PM best practices.
• Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates.
• Mentor and support project managers and team members.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency in delivery.
