Qualifications

• Minimum of GCSEs, Maths and English, or further education qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain or planning with in manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics manufacture and ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on orders, forecasts and material availability.
• Coordinate with production teams to align goals and resolve delays.
• Adjust schedules due to shortages, equipment breakdowns, or issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Investigate issues and develop resolutions.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and capacity.
• Plan future production requirements based on data and sales projections.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
