Job summary

Espire in Redditch seeks a hands-on Product Manager to join the ESP Technical/Quality team, shaping the ESP product portfolio from concept to launch, ensuring market needs and business objectives are met.

Based at our Redditch site, the role is full-time with hours 9:00am–5:00pm, collaborating with engineering, quality, design and manufacturing teams, and traveling as needed to review fire and security projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product management or product-focused role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience building relationships with overseas factories/suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Create and manage the product roadmap with timely delivery of features.
• Define value propositions for UK wholesale market offerings.
