Job summary

Espuk in Redditch is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to shape the ESP product portfolio from concept to launch. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and requirements, ensuring market needs and regulatory standards are met.

Based at our Redditch site, you will collaborate with technical, quality, design and manufacturing teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and travel UK and overseas to review projects as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product management or product-focused role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features.
• Define the value proposition for each product for the UK wholesale market.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with technical, quality, design and manufacturing teams on specifications.
• Communicate product updates and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and prepare regular reports with strategic recommendations.
• Liaise between sales, marketing, operations and technical teams.
