Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Consultant to own your team's backlog maturity from inception to delivery, driving MVP thinking and communicating value to the project team and stakeholders.

You will lead agile ceremonies, plan workshops, engage with diverse stakeholders, and coach junior staff, supporting delivery of initiatives within the Product capability. This role offers a collaborative, people-first culture and opportunities to shape client-facing projects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering bespoke software in an agile environment.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Ability to model As-Is and To-Be business processes for stakeholder buy-in.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities
