Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Product Consultant in the UK to own backlog maturity from inception through delivery, driving MVP thinking and communicating value across the project team and stakeholders. You will lead agile ceremonies, plan workshops, and engage a range of stakeholders to facilitate consensus and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in bespoke software delivery as part of an agile team for an external customer (client-facing in a consulting environment).
• Defence sector experience is desirable.
• Active DV clearance is desirable.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle from analysis to live operations.
• Excellent workshop facilitation to lead stakeholder groups and drive outcomes.
• Ability to model as-is and to-be business processes and present them for buy-in.

Responsibilities
