Job summary

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize value, monitor satisfaction, and ensure measurable business outcomes for a growing insurer tech platform.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and sprint delivery.
• Ability to balance customer value, product strategy, and tech constraints.
