SGI is seeking a Product Analyst to join the Technology team within the Underwriting value stream in London. You will work with product leads, engineers, designers and underwriting stakeholders to shape products that influence risk assessment and underwriting decisions.

This role offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the London office. It’s ideal for someone with BA/Product Analyst experience aiming to grow into product management within a strong product function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Product Analyst, BA, or related role in London Insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Genuine interest in Product Management.

Aufgaben

• Dig into user needs and business challenges through research.
• Map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and QA across the lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and Agile delivery.
• Build relationships across underwriting, operations and tech.
