Willis Towers Watson plc, Ipswich-based Neuron Technology team, is seeking a Product Business Analyst to bridge business, product, UX and technology. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, designers, engineers and analytics specialists to uncover problems and define outcomes that deliver business value in an agile environment.

Travel to London and other locations may be required. You will partner with business leaders to understand challenges, facilitate discovery activities, translate strategies

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in a technology or digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting Agile product delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable requirements and deliverables.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and define valuable outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery activities and workshops to uncover user needs and business problems.
• Translate objectives and user needs into product initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation, and release planning.
• Collaborate with UX to map journeys and shape intuitive experiences.
• Create and maintain analysis artefacts (process flows, journey maps, data models).
• Work with engineering and testing teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity.
• Analyse processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
• Use feedback and data to support prioritisation and decision-making.
• Contribute to estimation, planning, dependency management, and governance.
