• Experience in purchasing/procurement in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience running tenders and RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper procurement processes and policies are followed.
• Create, monitor and process purchase orders to meet timelines.
• Support supplier onboarding and verify compliance.
• Maintain ERP data and supplier databases for accurate records.
• Oversee high-value procurement projects and supplier contract renewals.
• Coordinate with finance on monthly procurement reporting and reconciliations.
