Job summary

Page Personnel is seeking a Head of Procurement for a London-based not-for-profit organisation in a fixed-term contract of 9-12 months. You will lead a procurement team, drive strategy, deliver cost savings and oversee complex negotiations to strengthen governance and supplier performance.

The successful applicant will have a track record of delivering value, strong stakeholder management, and experience leading procurement transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and commercial value.
• Strong supplier relationship and contract management expertise.
• Experience leading procurement transformation or organisational change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior/executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a procurement team during a period of change.
• Drive procurement strategy to improve value, efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Deliver cost savings, supplier optimisation and contract management initiatives.
• Oversee strategic sourcing and complex negotiations.
• Strengthen procurement governance, controls and supplier performance management.
• Support implementation of new procurement processes and technology solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Technology and business leaders to align procurement with organisational objectives.
• Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior stakeholders and leadership.
