• Own and deliver Indurent's procurement strategy and governance to align with commercial priorities.
• Lead the hub-and-spoke operating model, maintaining a lean central team and leveraging AI and digital tools.
• Partner with FP&A to improve visibility, forecasting and planning of third-party spend.
• Drive strategic sourcing, major supplier negotiations and development of category strategies.
• Enable business functions with self-service procurement while ensuring compliance and controls.
• Provide senior leadership with clear visibility of procurement performance, opportunities and risks.
• Champion commercial ownership and cost consciousness across the organisation.
