Qualifications
- Degree level education with CIPS membership (or working toward)

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives in Programme Development
- Develop and manage a strategic portfolio maximizing value for money
- Spearhead category plans and lead complex negotiations
- Ensure procurement processes are efficient and auditable
- Identify spend trends and manage sustainable procurement risks
