Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to support a business-critical COUPA Source-to-Pay transformation programme in Worthing, England. In this role, you will be crucial in developing and standardising contract templates, clause libraries, and governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement law experience, the ability to work across multiple teams, and knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023. Utilities sector experience is also preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strong commercial contracts and procurement law experience.
• Proven experience developing contract templates and clause libraries.
• Knowledge and practical application of the Procurement Act 2023.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardise contract templates and procurement documentation.
• Support the COUPA Source-to-Pay transformation programme.
• Work collaboratively with Legal, Procurement, and Programme teams.

Skills

Strong commercial contracts and procurement law experience

Experience developing contract templates and clause libraries

Procurement governance and policy experience

Ability to work across Legal, Procurement, and Programme teams

Demonstrable knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023
