Job summary

Primark is seeking a strategic S2P Procurement Manager to lead the global Source-To-Contract process, setting strategy, standards and governance across sourcing, contracting, buying and supplier enablement.

You will drive measurable value by partnering with Finance, Legal and Risk to enhance compliance, efficiency and user experience, while championing procurement technology initiatives and data-driven improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior procurement or enterprise transformation roles within large international organizations.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Source-to-Pay strategy, transformation and change programmes.
• Expertise in designing and implementing global procurement processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong experience driving standardisation, digitisation, automation and scalable procurement solutions.
• Ability to develop business cases and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Primark’s global Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, ensuring consistency, compliance and best practice across the business.
• Define and maintain global procurement processes, policies, standards, controls and operating models.
• Lead the development and delivery of the multi-year S2P transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Act as the senior procurement lead for S2P transformation, ensuring programmes deliver agreed business outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on procurement capabilities, operating models, technology investment and risk management.
• Lead S2C governance forums, driving decision-making and escalating key risks where required.
• Own global S2C performance metrics, driving improvements in compliance, efficiency, user experience and value delivery.
• Establish KPIs, reporting and MIS to support data-driven decision-making.
• Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure robust governance, controls and third-party risk management across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to strengthen controls and address process gaps.
• Shape and sponsor procurement technology, automation, AI and data initiatives to support business goals.
• Drive adoption of standard tools, processes and ways of working across regions and functions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance, Technology, GBS and the wider business.
• Build organisational capability through leadership, coaching, change management and continuous improvement programmes.
