Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a S2P Process and Systems Lead for Warwick, a hybrid role with three days onsite. You will spearhead the transition, implementation and ongoing optimisation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay capabilities.

Lead design, governance and systems roadmap, collaborating across Supply Chain, Finance and IT to standardise procurement processes and monitor KPIs for value realisation. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience leading procurement process and systems transformation in large regulated organisations.
• Designing and optimising end-to-end S2P processes including sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
• Knowledge of Coupa and SAP Ariba and experience implementing these solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of S2P processes.
• Own and maintain the S2P systems roadmap and drive improvements.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced S2P Process and Systems Lead to spearhead the transition, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of their end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, influencing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement across a complex stakeholder landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Governance: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of S2P processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Systems Management: Own and maintain the S2P systems roadmap, driving enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to standardise and optimise procurement processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and value realisation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagement and change adoption to ensure new processes are seamlessly integrated and sustained.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant experience in leading procurement process and systems transformation initiatives within large, regulated organisations.
• Proven expertise in designing and optimising end-to-end S2P processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and experience in implementing these solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Business Analysis (e.g., MCIPS, PRINCE2).
• Experience in establishing enterprise-wide S2P frameworks and governance arrangements.
• Background in the gas, utilities, or regulated industries is advantageous.
