Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking an experienced S2P Process and Systems Lead in Warwick. You will drive the end-to-end S2P transition, implementation, and ongoing optimisation across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management.

The role requires leading procurement process transformation within regulated environments, partnering with Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to align processes with business goals and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant experience in leading procurement process and systems transformation initiatives within large, regulated organisations.
• Proven expertise in designing and optimising end-to-end S2P processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and experience in implementing these solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of S2P processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Own and maintain the S2P systems roadmap, driving enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to standardise and optimise procurement processes.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and value realisation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change adoption to ensure new processes are seamlessly integrated and sustained.
