Job summary

KellyOCG is seeking a Lead Pricing Specialist to drive AI-enabled commercial strategy and deal shaping for global workforce solutions. Based in Europe with remote flexibility, you will influence pricing structures, risk-sharing terms, and client negotiations at the executive level.

You will advise senior leaders on financial viability, profitability, and market competitiveness, collaborating across regions and delivery centers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across MSP, RPO, Talent Advisory, Direct Sourcing, SOW, Managed Services, and contingent workforce solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex workforce programs and commercial models.
• Expert ability to develop and analyze complex multi-year financial models, including scenario planning and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced modeling, Power Query, data visualization, and large-scale data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead deal shaping advisor on complex, strategic workforce solutions opportunities.
• Influence pursuit strategy by evaluating objectives, market conditions, solutions, delivery models, and risks.
• Partner with executives, solution leaders, operations, and sales to shape profitable workforce solutions.
• Develop and defend sophisticated commercial and financial models for executive decision-making.
• Advise senior leaders on strategy, profitability, and competitive positioning.
• Engage with client executives to communicate solution value and commercial rationale.
• Lead financial evaluation of opportunities across geographies, services, and delivery models.
• Mentor deal shaping professionals and lead capability building across regions.
