Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to architect an AI-driven deal desk, transforming manual workflows into an intelligent, automated engine from scoping to execution. You will lead high-value enterprise deals, leverage AI insights for pricing and terms, and optimize margin while reducing cycle times.

You will collaborate across Legal, Finance and Product, apply data-driven decision making, and drive continuous automation with a focus on governance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in deal desk, FP&A or Revenue Ops.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise sales motions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and pricing models.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) desirable.
• Ability to draft and interpret complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-standard, high-value enterprise deals with strategic guidance.
• Act as Sales Co-pilot; analyze pricing and terms for margin optimization.
• Tune AI agents and automate deal-approval workflows at scale.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Product to streamline processes.
• Advocate AI and automation to shorten deal cycles.
