Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day pricing processes and lead transformation initiatives.
• Serve as Process Owner for pricing workflows with governance and performance metrics.
• Ensure data quality and governance standards across reporting.
• Lead modernization and digitization in partnership with Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous improvement and AI opportunities.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities.
• Oversee training and onboarding for new processes and tools.
