DS Smith Plc is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow and nurture strategic customer partnerships across the Midlands and South West from a remote base. You will drive revenue growth, manage an established portfolio, and coordinate with Design, Innovation and Operations to deliver value-led packaging solutions.

The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with travel for client pitches and site visits across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing key customers within FMCG or packaging sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead account plans to secure organic revenue growth and margin improvements within existing customers.
• Build deep partnerships across FMCG and industrial sectors to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Design and Innovation to translate customer needs into tailored, sustainable packaging offerings.
• Manage account metrics and communicate sales volume and revenue forecasts via CRM.
