DS Smith is seeking an ambitious Account Manager for our UK Packaging (Retail) team. You will manage a portfolio of key customers across the Midlands and South West, driving retention and growth through strategic account management and value-led solutions.

You will work remotely with travel to pitches, client sites, and internal meetings across the Midlands, South West, and broader UK. A driving license and proven track record in account management are essential.

Formación

• Proven success in an Account Management role within FMCG packaging is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to deliver dynamic and professional presentations.
• Experience analysing financial insights and driving action.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead account plans to secure revenue growth and margin improvements within existing customers.
• Build deep partnerships across FMCG and industrial sectors to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Design and Innovation teams to translate needs into sustainable packaging offerings.
• Manage account metrics and provide accurate sales forecasts via the CRM.
• Collaborate with regional networks and operations to maximise market opportunities and supply chain efficiency.
