Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join the Planning and Portfolio Team in London or Manchester. This hands-on role focuses on centralised resource management, data quality, forecasting, and providing insight to support portfolio planning and decision-making.

You will work with delivery teams, resource owners and senior stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment. The role requires rigour, a proactive approach and the ability to lead conversations.

Qualifications

Experience in analyst, PMO, portfolio manager, project support, or transformation delivery.
Proven ability to produce management information, dashboards and reports for decision-making.
Strong Excel, data management skills and the ability to handle multiple inputs.

Responsibilities

Maintain centralised resource management data to support capacity and utilisation.
Develop and maintain dashboards, MI and reporting packs for the portfolio.
Support governance, data collection and quality checks for leadership forums.
Assist with automation, dashboard development and PMO tooling.
Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to improve information quality.
Contribute to better portfolio planning and decision-making.
