Job summary

Levick Stanley is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the Planning and Portfolio Team in London. The role focuses on analytical and operational support across the Transformation & Change Portfolio, including centralised resource management and governance.

You will develop portfolio reporting, dashboards and capacity forecasts, collaborating with delivery leads and resource owners to enable informed portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio or resource management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at multiple levels and turning data into insight.

Our client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join their Planning and Portfolio Team, providing dedicated analytical and operational support across their Transformation & Change Portfolio.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio management, resource management or analytical environments, who enjoys working with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful insight and support effective portfolio-level decision-making.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in centralised resource management, with responsibilities including:

• Resource data quality and management
• Portfolio reporting and dashboard development
• Utilisation and capacity management
• Resource forecasting and planning
• Producing insight to support portfolio-level decisions
• Working closely with project teams, resource owners, delivery leads and enabling functions
• Collecting, validating and improving management information
• Building strong internal networks and driving engagement across delivery teams

Our client is looking for someone who brings rigour, structure and a proactive, relationship-led approach to resource management.

You’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership, building relationships, asking the right questions and leading conversations to ensure accurate and timely information is available to support planning and delivery.
