Job summary

Levick Stanley is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the Planning and Portfolio Team in London. The role focuses on analytical and operational support across the Transformation & Change Portfolio, including centralised resource management and governance.

You will develop portfolio reporting, dashboards and capacity forecasts, collaborating with delivery leads and resource owners to enable informed portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation, change, technology, PMO, portfolio or resource management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders at multiple levels and turning data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Centralised resource management and data governance.
• Produce portfolio reports and develop dashboards for decision-making.
• Manage utilisation and capacity planning across delivery teams.
• Forecast and plan resources to match demand and delivery priorities.
• Generate actionable insights to support portfolio-level decisions.
• Collaborate with project teams, resource owners and enabling functions to improve MI.
• Collect, validate and improve management information for reporting cadence.
• Build and maintain strong internal networks and drive engagement across delivery teams.
