Job summary

GSK is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Global Supply Chain Digital & Technology to translate strategy into execution, lead the PMO, and establish governance and operating rhythms that enable scalable value delivery across the function.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, portfolio management, and organizational effectiveness, enabling improved performance and transformation outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organisation's strategic priorities and multi-year roadmap.
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans, goals and measurable outcomes.
• Lead annual strategic planning, operating planning, and business review processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to monitor portfolio health and organisational performance.
