RS Group seeks an experienced Programme Director to lead the Product & Supply Chain transformation. You will oversee a portfolio of complex, globally connected initiatives across London, Manchester, or Corby, guiding a team of project managers and working with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into tangible outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decisive execution in a global environment, with hybrid working in key locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex Change/Transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Product and Supply Chain processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery of Product & Supply Chain across P&O programme.
• Lead a team of project managers delivering the P&O programme.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, schedules, risks and budgets.
