You will lead development of capital business cases, service improvement and investment proposals to support the Trust's strategic ambitions.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and financial analysis, with collaboration across clinical, operational and corporate teams to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning and capital project development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead strategic change across a large organisation.
