Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HRBP team in Southampton. You will work closely with clinical, operational and corporate leaders to provide pragmatic, employment-law compliant HR advice and guidance.

You will lead and develop HR services, manage complex TUPE and organisational change matters, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Core HR knowledge including TUPE, ER, org change and job evaluation.
• Ability to deal with highly intelligent and demanding stakeholders.
• Proven background in building and developing excellent HR teams.
• Strong grounding in employment law landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality HR advice and guidance to clinical, operational and corporate teams.
