Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an FP&A Manager - Planning & Reporting. The role shapes the Trust's financial strategy, leading annual planning, budgeting and forecasting, while liaising with the ICS planning agenda.

Qualifications

Essential: Full CCAB membership and 2+ years post-CCAB experience.
Experience leading development of plans and forecasts.
Experience delivering process improvements and change activities.
Desirable: Public sector experience; scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
Advanced spreadsheet, financial modelling and BI skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's annual financial plan across the organisation.
Own and drive the Trust's financial forecasting, with analysis and scenario modelling.
Lead production and submission of monthly external financial returns.
Produce high-quality financial and management reports for senior leaders.
Lead the annual budget-setting process with budget holders and stakeholders.
Provide expert financial advice to operational and clinical leaders.
