Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the HRBP team and collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate leaders to deliver world-class care.

You will bring extensive senior HR leadership, deep knowledge of UK employment law and NHS policy, and a proven track record in organisational change, workforce planning and employee relations. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience.
• Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
• Postgraduate-level specialist HR knowledge, acquired through postgraduate study or equivalent advanced training and substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR advice to senior leaders.
• Lead HRBP team and partner with clinical colleagues.
• Support staff survey and experience initiatives, including AI workflows and data insights.
• Deliver data and insight to help implement the UHS People Plan.
