Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is seeking a Planning and Analytics Lead to oversee high-quality workforce and financial planning, forecasting, costing and performance analysis. You will translate complex data into insights for senior leaders and drive improvements across clinical, operational and corporate services.

You will work with the Head of Workforce & Finance Intelligence to shape strategic decisions, support service development and ensure

Responsibilities

Lead workforce and financial planning, forecasting and analytical activity to support the Trust's strategic objectives and operational priorities.
Provide expert insight, modelling and intelligence to inform decision-making, service development and business case production.
Lead the development and delivery of costing, benchmarking and performance analysis across Trust services and corporate functions.
Ensure the provision of accurate, timely and high-quality workforce and financial information to support organisational performance and planning.
Work collaboratively with senior clinical, operational and corporate leaders to identify opportunities for service improvement, efficiency and transformation.
Lead, develop and support specialist planning and analytics teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee the development and enhancement of planning, analytics, costing and reporting systems to support the Trust's intelligence capability.
Provide strategic leadership and expert advice on workforce, financial and operational intelligence, supporting the Trust to deliver high-quality and sustainable services.
