Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Head of Workforce & Finance Intelligence. This key senior leadership role leads integrated workforce and financial planning, analysis and resource intelligence across the Trust, translating complex data into actionable insight to support service delivery.

The post reports to senior leaders, deputises for the Deputy Chief Finance Officer when required, and offers flexible working and a 37.5-hour week at site locations in

Qualifications

• Skilled at understanding and delivering on NHS workforce, finance and planning requirements for the organisation and wider NHS and Social Care system partners.
• Experience with workforce and financial analytics and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insight for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce, finance planning, intelligence and analytics.
• Develop reporting systems and models to support priorities.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of data to the Board and leaders.
• Lead innovative intelligence, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Identify workforce and financial risks and mitigation strategies.
• Direct a high-performing Workforce & Finance Intelligence team.
