Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks two Planning and Analytics Leads (internal and external) to join the Workforce & Finance Intelligence team. You will drive senior-level planning, analytics and costing to support strategic objectives with clinical, operational and corporate partners.

You will translate complex data into actionable intelligence, identify improvement opportunities and lead specialist teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable services across Cornwall.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education or equivalent specialist knowledge in finance, workforce planning, analytics.
• CCAB/CIMA qualification or related workforce/people qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce and financial planning, forecasting and analytical activity.
• Provide expert insight, modelling and intelligence for decision-making and business cases.
• Develop and deliver costing, benchmarking and performance analysis across Trust services.
