Job summary

Sky is hiring a Planning Analyst in our Tech Strategy & Business Operations team at Osterley. You will forecast across portfolios, analyse data, and present insights to senior leaders, supporting capacity and demand planning.

The role offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office weekly, collaborating with Finance, Portfolio Delivery and Development teams to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting: Track and manage financial forecasts and actuals across portfolios.
• Data Analysis: Analyse datasets to identify trends, variances and insights.
• Reporting: Produce clear reports and present findings to Directors and Heads of Department.
• Timesheet Compliance: Support timesheet tracking and capacity planning.
• Project Support: Contribute to capacity and demand initiatives.
