Job summary

Sky, Europe’s leading media and entertainment brand, is seeking a Finance Business Partner based at Osterley. You’ll partner with management to interpret performance, deliver insights, and provide recommendations to drive value in a hybrid role with 3 days on site.

You’ll own budgeting, rolling forecasts and long‑range plans, mentor junior team members, and ensure strong financial controls while delivering clear, actionable analysis to support commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA qualification required.
• 2:1 Degree or equivalent.
• Proven delivery record and ambition.
• Experience in finance environment preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for analytics.
• Ability to work at pace and guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build great business partnering relationships with management as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver best-in-class analysis, reporting, and financial mentorship to drive action from monthly results.
• Produce detailed analysis and recommendations to support deals, decisions and business cases.
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Manage risks and opportunities with clear financial narration.
• Mentor and coach junior members of the finance team.
