Bionical Emas is looking for a Procurement Manager to support the Sourcing team, Account Management team and wider CTS Department, developing a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and access strategies for CTS markets.

The role focuses on building supplier relationships, end-to-end purchasing, negotiation and compliant sourcing, with a flexible hybrid arrangement and monthly office presence in Willington.

Qualifications

• Experience in comparator sourcing within life sciences.
• Vendor management experience is required.
• Willingness to be present in Willington office at least monthly.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Understand and implement central sourcing strategy, knowledge of key comparator products and channels.
• Source and procure competitively priced products in line with ethics and processes.
• Develop relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers and suppliers, including in-person and virtual meetings.
• Build knowledge of global suppliers, products, supply chains and markets; identify gaps and new suppliers.
• Own end-to-end ordering process with suppliers and account management teams; meet timelines and quality standards.
• Negotiate supplier discounts to uplift margin and monitor sourcing metrics.
• Identify upcoming supply chain bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with CTS Account Management and stakeholders to deliver service levels, quotes, proposals and bid defences.
• Understand the Group's supply network to promote synergies across business units and improve client offerings.
• Ensure all duties comply with quality processes, GDP, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and data protection.
