Job summary

drnewitt.vincere.io is seeking a Strategic Product Manager to own a key pharmaceutical raw materials portfolio across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. You will bridge purchasing, supplier management and sales, shaping product strategy and driving profitability.

Based in the North of the UK with travel across the region, you will optimise inventory, negotiate framework contracts, and support growth through market insight and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in raw material procurement, purchasing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Experience in pharma or life sciences; product training provided.
• Strong market awareness, pricing strategies and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate with key raw material suppliers; manage framework contracts and cost prices across the regional territory.
• Execute product purchasing and market strategies to hit targeted gross profits and portfolio growth.
• Analyse local market conditions, pricing trends and supply chain dynamics for strategic pharmaceutical products.
• Collaborate with regional sales channels and visit customers to support commercial growth.
• Ensure sustainable product availability and optimise stock levels across suppliers.
