Job summary

GTC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced People Strategy Advisor to support workforce planning, HR operations and strategic people initiatives within a complex public sector environment in London.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to advise on HR policies and lead workforce initiatives, engaging stakeholders at all levels. Hybrid working follows an onsite induction in Whitehall.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Service HR policies and workforce management.
• Proven ability to advise on HR procedures and organise complex workforce data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on HR policies and workforce management practices.
• Support workforce planning and strategic people initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Communicate complex topics clearly and professionally.
• Offer evidence-based recommendations to inform decisions.
• Support change projects and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
• Assist with workforce reporting and MI for strategic planning.
• Produce accurate, high-quality written communications.
