You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead employee relations cases, and shape people strategies to enable a self-service model and robust processes.

Based at our Bicester HQ, you will drive capability for line managers, ensure compliance with UK and Ireland employment law, and help deliver the People strategy as part of the

Qualifications

• Senior HR/People Business Partner experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge: ER, performance, change, engagement.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders with pragmatic, commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Be the centre of excellence for generalist HR matters and lead on employee relations.
• Map and improve HR processes and workflows.
• Advise on UK & Ireland employment legislation and risk management.
• Develop line manager capability through coaching and training.
• Support organisational change projects and communicate plans clearly.
