Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking a People Business Partner to provide hands-on, commercially focused HR support across a growing, complex organisation in Suffolk. The role partners with designated leaders, translating people plans into practical action and advising on organisational change, performance, talent, resourcing and employee relations.

You will work across areas, navigate matrix reporting lines, and coach managers to deliver business outcomes with pace and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in a large-scale business or major project environment.
• Matrix working across reporting lines and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong HR generalist background and knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach leaders across multiple business areas.
• Provide professional, commercially focused HR advice and operational support.
• Support organisational change, performance management, talent and resourcing.
• Lead workforce planning and significant recruitment requirements.
• Guide on complex employee relations matters and rewards activities.
