Morson Group is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support SZC delivery across London and Suffolk. You will collaborate with EDF Energy Corporate People Functions, SZC specialists and HR Shared Services to implement people plans, induct leaders, and drive performance and talent management.

Qualifications

• Graduate CIPD or working towards CIPD professional standards.
• Experience in partnering with senior leaders to drive people plans.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
