Job summary

The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced People Partner to shape and deliver a proactive, trusted People Partnering service. You will support leaders, coaches and advise on a broad range of people matters, driving organisational development and change across schools, faculties and professional services.

You will use data and stakeholder relationships to shape people strategies, while driving an excellent, inclusive and high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert coaching, challenge and advice across a broad range of people matters.
• Support organisational development, change, performance and wellbeing.
• Partner with leaders to shape tailored people strategies and action plans.
• Address employee relations matters and guide informal resolution where possible.
• Collaborate with Case Management to ensure a smooth colleague experience.
• Contribute toUniversity-wide initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
