Job summary

Middlesex FE College is seeking a People Partner to provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the college. You will build trusted relationships with Principals, Heads of School and senior managers, translating priorities into practical people plans and ensuring delivery of complex employee relations, change management and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of UK employment law and significant experience handling complex ER cases.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders in a large, complex org.
• Able to translate workforce data into practical people plans and actions.

Responsibilities

• Build credible relationships with senior leaders and translate priorities into people plans.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, change, and policy.
• Use workforce data to identify risks and staffing requirements and propose evidence-based actions.
• Support succession planning, talent management, staff engagement, and DEI initiatives.
• Lead and develop People Advisors and coach managers in handling people matters.
