Job summary

The University of Warwick is seeking an experienced People Partner to shape and deliver a proactive People Partnering service across the University. You will work with leaders to provide coaching, challenge and advice across a broad range of people matters, supporting development, change and wellbeing.

Aligned to a School, Faculty or Professional Services area, you will become a trusted partner who understands local priorities, challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced, credible HR professional with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR practice.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support organisational development and change, employee relations, performance, recruitment, talent development and wellbeing.
• Help leaders create positive, inclusive and high-performing environments across the University.
• Shape tailored people strategies and action plans using data and stakeholder insight.
• Provide coaching, challenge and advice to leaders across a broad range of people matters.
• Assist early resolution of employee relations matters and work with Case Management to ensure a consistent colleague experience.
